Thanks to our satisfied customers, Hanna is experiencing a good year for repeat sales and referrals from our long list of established customers. Not only were customer referrals a record breaker, but account retention was also stronger than ever! Sooner or later every business has to contend with a handful of disgruntled past employees and an occasional dissatisfied customer, Hanna is no exception to such occasional encounters. We listen and respond positively to every employee and customer comment, complaint, and suggestion that is brought to out attention from time to time. We measure our performance based on repeat sales and customer referrals and above all, customer satisfaction.
