Charles Hanna merged one of his Lenexa, Kansas divisions (full service vending division)
of his previous corporation known as The
Hanna Company Inc., with a St. Louis based corporation in
September 1999. Hanna's previous 25 year old corporation was
owned by Charles and his brother Michael.
